Renuka, an Image Consultant and a Career Branding Coach, is a specialist in visual, verbal and written communication. As Founder Director and CEO of ACE IMPRESSION, Renuka has consolidated all her training, certifications, vast knowledge and expertise of last 12 – 15 yrs to create this one unique entity – ‘ACE IMPRESSION’ with the aim to provide Image Consulting and Personal Branding Services using elements of Appearance, Communication and Etiquette (ACE).

Renuka is not only a subject matter expert but also extremely motivated to take on this task:

- Formally Trained as an Image Consulting Partner (ICP), from the Image Consulting Business Institute, India, under the Curriculum of Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA; prescribed by Judith Rasband, a Certified Image Master in the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). Renuka is amongst the first few in India formally trained in new sun-rise industry.

- Professionally Certified as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) from Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC). She is the first person to have acquired this certificate in Maharashtra and amongst the first three in India.

- Strategic Thinker with over 10 years of hands-on experience as a creative entrepreneur in the Recruitment & Resume Writing industry and over 8 years’ experience in management positions in the IT industry. Renuka thus has a deep understanding of organizations and an intuitive ability to capture the essence of a candidate profile.
